NextMedia Radio will not offer a refund or exchange in the event a business closes or goes out of business before the expiration date printed on the certificate.
All products sold in this auction are sold as is in their current mechanical and/or aesthetic condition. No written or implied warranties are applicable other than warranties provided by the manufacturer.
By participating in the auction you agree not to hold NextMedia Radio, its affiliates, radio stations, their officers, directors, agents, subsidiaries, and employees (the Company) responsible for other users' actions or inactions, including items posted. You understand and acknowledge that the Company is not a traditional auctioneer. We have no control over and do not guarantee the quality, safety or legality of items advertised or the truth or accuracy of listings.
If you have a dispute with one or more sellers, you release NextMedia Radio, its affiliates, radio stations, their officers, directors, agents, subsidiaries, and employees from claims, demands and damages, actual and consequential, of any kind, known and unknown, arising out of or in any way connected with such disputes.
Rules:
To Bid:
You must be a resident of North or South Carolina.
You must be at least 18 years of age
You must be a registered user with this site.
You must register in order to bid. Click on REGISTER NOW to register. Payment information is not required to register.
Once registration is complete you will receive a confirmation e-mail. You MUST CLICK ON LINK to ACTIVATE login information and begin participating in auction.
Review the auction items by clicking on the category on the left-hand side. Be sure to scroll down to see all available items.
Bid on an item by clicking on the item. Bidding increments depend on the item. All auctions begin at 8am on Saturday, and end at 8am on the following Thursday. Gift certificates for each item must be picked up once credit card payment has been processed. Winning bidders must pick up a certificate or voucher for their item at NextMedia's offices on Ocala Street. Items must be picked up within 30 days of purchase.
The certificate is then redeemable at the business stated in the auction (unless otherwise specified).
You will receive an email confirmation regarding the bid status; and you may re-bid if necessary. NextMedia Radio is not responsible for lost or misdirected emails.
High bidder receives email confirmation with instructions on how to pay for the item.
Payment must be made by Visa or MasterCard and be completed within 3 days of winning the auction.
Winners will pick up all certificates at the NextMedia offices: 1016 Ocala Street , Myrtle Beach , SC 29577 , phone number 843-448-1041.
All items must be picked up within 30 days of payment.
Auction user name can be changed if deemed misleading or inappropriate.
If winning bidder wants delivery, installation or set-up additional fees will apply.
Items may be taxable. Please double check all descriptions
Your Bid is a Contract:
Place a bid only if you're serious about buying the item. If you are the winning bidder, you will enter into a legally binding contract to purchase the item from NextMedia Radio. No refunds, no exchanges. All sales are final.
Bidding and Buying:
As a buyer, you are obligated to complete the transaction with NextMedia Radio if you are the highest bidder at the end of the auction (meeting the applicable minimum bid) and your bid is accepted by NextMedia Radio. By bidding on an item you agree to be bound by the conditions of sale included in the item's description so long as those conditions of sale are not in violation of this Agreement or unlawful by the state of South Carolina or North Carolina. Unless you and NextMedia Radio mutually agree otherwise, you will become the item's lawful owner upon physical receipt of a voucher or item from NextMedia Radio are not retractable except in exceptional circumstances, including but not limited to: when NextMedia Radio materially changes the item's description after you bid or a clear typographical error is made. If you choose to bid on mature audience items or items that are restricted to adult use, you are certifying that you have the legal right to purchase such items in the state of North Carolina or South Carolina. No refunds, no exchanges. All sales are final.
